Not all Neighborhoods are created
equal.
Neighborhoods should be a reflection of who we are and how
we live. Our style is more oriented to the family out for a walk, the kids on their bikes and the leisurely front porch chat.
Let’s face it, neighborhoods are about the people – and how those people share their daily experiences. We invite
you to come out and take a look at how well connected our neighborhood is. People greet each other and interact with their
neighbors. A neighborhood is no good without the neighbors.
Some Builders
talk about "Master-Planned" as the "end all be all" of neighborhood design. Take a closer look though.
What you might find is that "Master-Planned" is a code word for "HUGE" – a great big subdivision
with as many homes crammed into the place as can possibly fit. Places where the focus is on number of "roof-tops"
built so the developer can sell out the prime retail and office stuff down the road. We think neighborhoods are logically
connected to their community. They take advantage of the fact that there are schools and churches, shopping and dining that
are already in place.
Come out and take a look for yourself. We think
you will like what you see. That’s our Neighborhood.
