It's called Quantity vs. Quality. Let's face it, most homes are not "Custom Homes". They are not designed from the ground up by a talented architect who is designing a One-of-a-Kind home with no limitations on budget. For most of us, we will live in a home that is generally a copy of someone else's place. While it's true that most new homes are "Production" and not custom, that doesn't mean a builder should cut corners.

In a faster is better world, isn't it about time that someone takes the time to do a job and do it well. Old-school techniques like 2x6 exterior walls framed 16 inches on center just seems like the right thing to do. And while some builders claim to fame is that they "build to code", we see code as a minimum standard. We can always find ways to exceed code and are proud of the fact that we do in many instances.

With all of that said, we understand that your life can't be put on hold simply because you are building a house. We promise to have your home completed by the date we all agree on. Period. So while it may take us longer than some, in the end you will have a home we all can be proud of.

As a matter of fact, every home we build here is covered by a comprehensive 5 year warranty. We just think that's the right thing to do. So when you hear of a Builder who can complete your new home in 60 or even 90 days, please beware. Make your lifetime investment in a home that will stand the test of time.
